Campaign Settings allow you to customize the AI Brain's content and behavior. There are many things you can configure to your liking and satisfaction to get the most out of your campaign.
AI Widget Settings
In the AI Widget tab, configure the content displayed to users during the campaign. Options include:
- Greeting Message – How the AI Brain starts the conversation.
- Inspiration Questions – Predefined questions to spark user interaction.
- Search Box Placeholder – Text displayed in the search box (e.g., "Ask me anything. I’m really smart").
- Search Box Footer – Text shown below the search box (e.g., "This AI was trained on the brain of our CTO. Give it a try!").
- Collect User Feedback – Enable user feedback collection after the conversation.
NOTE: Inspiration Questions are optional prompts to suggest to the user. The inspiration questions help the users to start a conversation and allow the brain to answer a relevant question about the company.
Instructions
The Instructions tab is where you define the AI Brain’s conversational behavior. Key elements include:
-
Discovery Questions –
- Review, edit, or add questions for the AI Brain to ask users.
- Define whether questions are open-ended or provide possible answers (best practice: use predefined answers when possible to reduce user effort).
- Tone – Specify the desired tone using adjectives (e.g., Friendly, Knowledgeable, Helpful) to provide guidance on how you'd like the brain to respond, how long the messages should be, etc.
- Message Length – Set guidelines (e.g., "Keep messages short, with five sentences or fewer").
- General Behavioral Instructions – Add any additional instructions for the AI Brain.
Discovery Questions
These questions are additional information that would be helpful for the AI Sales Brain to know to better understand the prospect’s goals, pain points and use case. Knowing this will help the brain fine-tune the conversation. For example, it would be useful for the brain to understand what challenges the user is facing with their current e-commerce platform.
You can also define possible answers to help the user share information. With the possible answers, users don’t even need to type and the brain will also have the information clear. Adding possible answers is optional but helps the user to choose the appropriate response more quickly and improves the conversation speed too.
Possible answers can also be thought of as a list of predefined responses to a discovery question. For example, if the question is “What CRM are you currently using?”, possible answers could include “Salesforce,” “HubSpot,” and “Other.”
TIP: You can also use the AI Sales Brain to generate the possible answers for you!
Email Settings
The Email tab allows the AI Brain to follow up with users via email at the end of a conversation (if the user’s email is known). The follow-up email summarizes the conversation and includes any required next steps.
You’ll need to define:
- From Email Address – Contact our team to connect your domain.
- From Name – The sender name.
- CC Email Address – Additional recipients (optional).
- Email Footer – Custom footer text.
- Signature – The email signature.
A preview of the email is available before sending.
NOTE: Follow-up Emails property needs to be on for the AI Brain to contact leads who provided their email address to continue the conversation over email.
