Knowledge Bank
The Knowledge Bank is a list of questions and answers learned by the AI Brain. The quality of the answers impact on how the AI Brain interacts.
The knowledge base of the Sales Brain is also formed from training resources—such as web pages, documents, and more.
Knowledge Bank health is determined by the number of questions that have quality answers. Flagged questions need your attention to help the AI Brain learn more about a topic.

Training Resources
To add training resources just click on the Add button in Knowledge Bank or inTraining Resources view.
You can add various types of resources:
- Websites
- Web pages
- YouTube channels
- Documents
- Meeting notes
- Text
You can also manually add a set of questions and answers with multimedia included, so that the next time the brain is asked about that topic, it will use that answer.
Run Training
Once new content is added, the AI Brain must be retrained to analyze and integrate the new knowledge effectively for engaging with prospects.
You can run the training by clicking the button in the top alert or in the AI health section.
