In Sessions, you can access all the chats that the AI Brain has had with prospects. The table features multiple filters to help you easily locate specific sessions or data. By clicking on any session, you can view detailed insights for a deeper understanding.
Session Details
Once you click on a session you'll find all the session details. First thing you'll see is the entire conversation history along with the session information such as:
- The campaign that was used
- The conversation status, e.g. if the goal was reached or if the qualification is still in progress
- Date
- Number of user messages
- The sentiment (if it's positive)
- The URL where the chat came from
- User information
- Name
- Role
- Company
- Country
TIP: If you know the user's email but it wasn't provided during the chat, you can manually add it to the session for future reference.
The whole session can be exported in CSV or PDF format for easy sharing with colleagues. You can search for specific words or also check the conversation insights from your conversations, including a summary of the session, information about whether campaign goals were met, details on the qualification process, criteria the user fulfilled, and discovery information collected by the AI Brain.

Refining AI's Answers
While reviewing a specific session, you can refine any answers provided by the AI Brain. This process helps improve its response quality for similar questions in the future and allows you to create an updated Q&A set in the Knowledge Bank.
Summary and Details
Within the Summary tab you'll see a conversation summary, the pain points that were identified, the topics discussed and even a user journey with all the URLs the user visited.
In Details tab you can find the user IP, the browser and the OS they used.
Intent
Also referred to as purchase intent, represents the likelihood that a potential customer will make a purchase decision. It encompasses a collection of signals that indicate whether a customer is in the market for a product or service and how far along they are in the buying process.
To categorize user intent and assess conversion probability, we will analyze the following signals:
- Source: The channel through which the user accessed the website.
- Visit Profile: The specific pages the user visited during their session.
- Previous Interactions: Any past interactions between the user (or their company) and our brand or customers.
- Intent-Related Questions: The type and number of questions the user has asked.
- Provided Details: Whether the user has submitted their email address or contact information.
- Demonstrated Intent: Any actions taken that indicate interest, such as requesting to speak with a representative or scheduling a demo.By analyzing these signals, we can better understand and respond to buyer intent, enhancing our ability to drive conversions.
