Contact Creation
Salespeak proactively manages contact information by:
- Automatically creating new contact records in HubSpot when lead information is not already present
- Populating essential fields, including:
- Name
- Company
- Mapping the "lead source"
- Custom field mapping (You can map any information from the conversation or the enriched data in salespeak into an hubspot property)
- Adding a comprehensive summary of the conversation as a note to the contact record
Company Object Management
- Salespeak identifies and creates company objects for known companies
- Automatically adds a summary note to provide context about the interaction
Flexible Field Mapping
- Customize how Salespeak information maps to HubSpot Contact and Company objects
- Allows for tailored integration to match your specific business needs
Communication Channels
Slack and email Integration
- Real-time conversation sync into a Slack thread
- Usually, we find salespeak users review conversations in Slack and assign follow-ups to team members in the thread.
- Slack notifications channel for critical actions
- Receive alerts when human intervention is needed (e.g., scheduling a demo)
- Salespeak users can reply directly to the conversation thread within Slack
- The user will see the message the next time he is on the website
- Daily Slack Summary
- Users can look at the companies identified and use the topics discussed in their ABM.
- Email notifications when human intervention is needed (configure email addresses via account->notifications).
Email Follow-ups
- CC email addresses to accompany follow-up emails generated by Salespeak
