Overview
The Salespeak Microsoft 365 app brings Salespeak’s natural-language intelligence into Microsoft 365 so your team can ask questions and get grounded answers based on your Salespeak data.
With Salespeak connected, users can ask things like:
- “What are the top questions prospects asked on our website this month?”
- “Which pages are driving the highest-intent conversations?”
- “How should I answer this prospect objection?”
- “Have AI agents discovered our latest content updates?”
Salespeak is designed to help teams access:
- sales knowledge and winning talk tracks
- inbound website conversation insights
- traffic, citation, and AI performance analytics
Before You Begin
Before connecting Salespeak to Microsoft 365, make sure:
- You have an active Salespeak account
- You can sign in to Microsoft 365 with the account where you want to use the app
- Your organization allows app access in Microsoft 365
If your Microsoft 365 admin restricts third-party apps, you may need admin approval before installation.
Install the Salespeak App in Microsoft 365
Step 1 — Open Microsoft 365
- Sign in to your Microsoft 365 account
- Open the Microsoft 365 app store or marketplace
- Search for Salespeak
Step 2 — Select the Salespeak App
- Open the Salespeak app listing
- Review the app details
- Click Get it now, Install, or the equivalent install button shown in Microsoft 365
Step 3 — Approve Permissions
Microsoft 365 may ask you to approve permissions for the Salespeak app.
- Review the requested permissions
- Click Accept or Allow to continue
If your organization requires admin approval, submit the request to your Microsoft 365 administrator.
Step 4 — Sign In to Salespeak
After installation, you will be redirected to Salespeak to authenticate.
- Log in to your Salespeak account
- Complete the authentication flow
- Return to Microsoft 365
Step 5 — Verify the Connection
Once setup is complete, confirm that:
- The Salespeak app appears in Microsoft 365
- Your account shows as connected
- You can open the app successfully
- Salespeak responds to natural-language questions
Expected Result
If everything is set up correctly, you should see:
- Salespeak installed in Microsoft 365
- Authentication completed successfully
- The app ready to answer questions using your Salespeak data
What You Can Ask Salespeak
Once connected, you can use Salespeak for a few core jobs:
1. Answer Prospect Questions
Examples:
- “How should I answer ‘Why not just use ChatGPT directly?’”
- “What’s the best response to a pricing objection?”
- “Give me a short and long version of our security answer.”
2. Understand Inbound Website Conversations
Examples:
- “How many inbound chat sessions did we have last week?”
- “What are the most common questions visitors asked this month?”
- “What are prospects confused about?”
3. Analyze Traffic and AI Performance
Examples:
- “Which pages generate the highest-intent conversations?”
- “What traffic sources convert best in chat?”
- “Which topics have weak citation coverage?”
Troubleshooting
I can’t find the Salespeak app in Microsoft 365
- Confirm your organization allows marketplace apps
- Check whether admin approval is required
- Make sure you are signed into the correct Microsoft 365 account
Authentication failed
- Try signing out of Salespeak and Microsoft 365, then repeat the setup flow
- Make sure your browser allows pop-ups and redirects
- Retry the login flow from the Salespeak app page
The app installs but does not respond
- Refresh Microsoft 365
- Reopen the Salespeak app
- Verify that your Salespeak account is active and connected
